New Tunnel Cleaning Vehicle for Metro Lima in Peru
Hilton completed the delivery, commissioning and training for the new tunnel cleaning vehicle for metro Lima in Peru. The vehicle has been designed in cooperation with our customer Hitachi Rail and is custom made for operation in the new metro system. It is used to clean the tunnel walls and trackbed and is equipped with a 9000l water tank.

Hilton delivered a new catenary maintenance vehicle to our customer Sersa in Switzerland. The vehicle has been built on a Mercedes Benz Arocs 8x4 chassis with hydraulic steered front guidance axle. New catenary maintenance vehicle for Linz – Austria
Hilton delivered a new catenary maintenance vehicle to the tram of Linz in Austria. This compact vehicle has been custom build on a MAN TGS 4x2 chassis 2300mm wide with a 4x4 hydraulic rail drive system for a gauge of only 900mm. The scissor lift has a max. platform load of 500kg for a working height up to 8400mm and 360° basket slewing range.
New Catenary Maintenance Vehicle for Europten Austria
Our customer Europten Austria added a new Hilton catenary maintenance vehicle to their fleet. The OMF DG-DG 110T KR is a fully equipped multi-functional road-rail vehicle which replaces the traditional rail-bound MTWs. The combination of a PK15001 crane, Hilton 110T platform, PFD99 wire positioner, height measurement bar, measurement pantograph, wagon brake system, etc. make this vehicle one of the most complete and multi-functional road-rail vehicles on track.

Hilton delivered a new catenary maintenance vehicle to SWB Bonn in Germany. The vehicle is built on a MAN TGS 6x4 chassis with 2 hydraulic driven bogies. The superstructure consists of a 11m working platform and a wire positioner which are both isolated for work under live current on tram networks up to 1000V AC / 1500V DC according DIN VDE 0682-742.
New Catenary Maintenance Vehicles for RPS Germany
3x new vehicles added to the road-rail fleet of our customer RPS Rail Power Systems Germany. The vehicles are equipped with a 14m aerial platform with a 500kg basket incl. hydraulic wire positioner. The cable drum carrier has a hydraulic slewing and tilting system to be able to change cable drums without the need of an extra crane.

New Road-Rail Groove Cleaning Vehicle for the Tram of Geneva in Switzerland (TPG - Transports Publics Genevois). A very compact vehicle 2300mm wide with a hydrostatic 4x4 rail drive system for 1000mm gauge and a min. curve radius of 16m. Highly efficient groove gleaning with a 500bar high pressure system, vaccuum cleaning of grooves and trackbed, steel brushes for rail head cleaning, and many many more features.
