As per 01.09 Hilton Kommunal GmbH took over the former Schörling-Brock Zweiwegetechnik GmbH and continues the activities at the production facility in Gehrden next to Hannover. With the take-over the majority of the former employees as well as all patents and installations have been acquired. The dutch Hilton group is a strong investor with a long experience in the field of railroad vehicles, who will further expand the production plant in Gehrden and intensify the export business. Through this acquisition and the synergy effects within the Hilton group, Hilton Kommunal becomes one of the global market leaders for railroad vehicles worldwide, who will continue to produce high quality and innovative railroad vehicles based on the renowned Schörling technology. Our ambition is the continuous improvement of the quality and reliability of our vehicles and our strategic focus during the coming years will be the development of new markets around the world and to further strengthen our relations with existing customers.
